What would you like help with today?
[[I have a question and I'd like some guidance]]You've drawn (either: "[[The Fool]]", "[[The Magician]]", "[[The High Priestess]]", "[[Strength]]","[[The Empress]]")

The Fool
//naiveté, innocence//
Regret. You berate yourself for not knowing better. But the fool is the protagonist of the story, not the narrator. You can't know everything before it happens. Let go of your need for control. Forgive yourself.

//instincts, inspiration, imagination//
Some times you think bad things about yourself and others. Your imagination can run wild in ways you don't enjoy, but these intrusive thoughts don't define you. Just like watching a great movie in the theater, these thoughts enrich you but ultimately aren't real. Like the magician, your imagination is difficult to control, but that doesn't make you wicked- just magical.
[[another question?->Question?]]All right, then.
[[Hold the question in your mind]] and let your associations and anxieties float freely around it. Picture them, but don't engage with them, like watching fireflies in summerNow, with no expectations of truth,

//human wisdom, cultivation of spirit//
In dialectical behavior therapy, 'wise mind' is a state where your rational mind (facts, reason) and your emotional mind (OCD, anxiety, depression) overlap, what some would call 'intuition'. Whatever is plaguing you, meditate for a few moments and see if you can catch a glimpse of your wise mind.

//nature, nourishment, security//
A day can go from bad to good (or good to great) at any moment. If you get upset when you're hungry, when did you last eat? If you're socially anxious, when was the last time you reached out to someone? If you're prone to headaches, did you drink enough water or get enough sleep last night?
How are you setting yourself up for success today?

//fortitude, control over earthly passions and desires//
Some times you know what you want, what is right, but it conflicts with reality. Frustrating, painful. What helps is to focus on what you can do right now, in this moment. Not 'how can you can achieve your goals', but instead 'how can you be the most effective?'
